Following the Arduino-with-breadboard image below, use the wires to connect the green, yellow, and red LEDs to pins 3, 4, and 5, respectively. Make sure that the longer (kinked) lead of each LED is connected to the wire that goes to the Arduino pin and the shorter lead is connected to the resistor and then to ground.
